All products you receive are under the warranty of the manufacturer.
You can return the product you purchased within seven (7) days from the delivery date in the same condition you received it, provided the packaging is unopened, undamaged, and untampered with, and the product is unused. Please return the product with a petition or return form containing the product invoice and your order number.
If you suspect the package was damaged during shipment, please check it before accepting it and open it in the presence of the delivery company representative. If the product is damaged, do not accept it and have the delivery company representative document the damage. Please remember that by accepting the delivery, you acknowledge that the delivery company has fulfilled its duties.
We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, etc.
The customer is responsible for returning the product in the same condition as it was delivered and for compensating for any loss of commercial value due to use.
If you return the product or cancel your purchase, we will refund the product price within ten (10) days of receiving the returned product. Please note that credit card refunds may take between 2-6 weeks to be processed by your bank. Our company does not have any control over this processing time.
We will not accept returns of products that show signs of having been opened, damaged, broken, tampered with, torn, used, etc., or if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer. In these cases, the product will not be refunded.
For any defects that occur after the product is delivered to you, please contact the manufacturer's authorized service center.
If you return a product in accordance with our return policy, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Bank transfers will be refunded within 2 business days. Credit card refunds will be processed within 3 business days. However, your bank may not reflect the refund to your account on the same day. In this case, you will need to contact your bank's credit card service. Once your order is marked as 'Canceled,' the full amount will be refunded to your credit card or the bank you used for the transfer. For installment sales, refunds made by your bank will be reflected as additional credit on your credit card statement each month.
